REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing to learn and grow with Thirupathi Thandra’s training programs. We are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, corporate training, and skill development sessions. To ensure transparency and trust, the following policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations.

1. Registration & Payment Terms
- Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your registration.
- All payments must be made through approved payment channels listed on our website or provided directly.

2. Cancellation by Participant
If you cancel your participation in any program:
Time of Cancellation :7 days or more before the program start date Refund Eligibility: 80% refund (after deducting admin/processing charges)
Time of Cancellation: 3–6 days before program start date Refund Eligibility: 50% refund
Time of Cancellation:Less than 3 days before start date or no-show Refund Eligibility: No refund

Note: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from approval.

3. Cancellation by Organizer (Thirupathi Thandra)
If the program is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances such as low registration, speaker unavailability, or technical/logistical reasons:
- You will receive a 100% refund, or
- You may opt to reschedule or shift to another training batch without additional cost.

4. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Downloadable digital content (PDFs, recorded sessions, toolkits, etc.)
- Completed consultations or personalized coaching
- Administrative charges or bank/payment gateway fees

5. Transfer of Registration
You may transfer your registration to another individual for the same batch with prior written approval (minimum 48 hours before session begins). No additional charge will be incurred for such a transfer.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the *same method* as the original payment. In case of failure, we may request your bank account details to initiate a direct transfer.

7. Exceptions
In case of illness, emergencies, or unavoidable situations, partial refunds or rescheduling may be allowed on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the management. Supporting documents may be requested.
